Sara Wirth is Content Director, Foodservice for Winsight Media, leading the Restaurant Business and FoodService Director brands. Prior to this role, Sara was the executive editor of Restaurant Business magazine, where she was responsible for driving the development and execution of the brand’s content and content strategy for the print and digital channels, as well as different events. As part of her role with RB, she covers the restaurant industry’s technology and off-premise trends, and also serves as RB’s Token Millennial. Prior to joining Restaurant Business, Sara was a cookbook editor for Publications International and was on the editorial team at Restaurant Business sister company Technomic, a market-research firm within the foodservice industry.
