Pat plans and executes the menu sections of Restaurant Business and FoodService Director magazines, including food and beverage trends and profiles of chefs and operators. She also regularly contributes stories to both brands’ digital platforms and is editor of the e-newsletter, Recipe Report. Pat is the co-author of two cookbooks and is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier International and the James Beard Journalism Awards judging panel.
