I graduated from the University of Southern California where I studied Business Administration and Psychology. My first job was working at an Apple Store where I fell in love with strong brands and innovation. My passion for food comes from my mother fearing that I'd end up helpless in the kitchen like my father, and encouraging me to be comfortable with cooking at a young age. My current role as a Senior Strategist at The Culinary Edge marries branding and marketing with food. I'm an active member of the Human Rights Campaign in San Francisco, vlog in my free time, a certified yoga instructor, and can be found on Instagram @louismaskin.

Our clients include a who’s who of food and restaurant companies including Starbucks, Panda Restaurant Group, Jack in the Box, AMC Theatres, First Watch, and Courtyard by Marriott. We provide strategies and ideas that are viable in the marketplace, operationally and financially feasible, and desirable to consumers. As a Senior Strategist, I work on developing creative solutions and strategic initiatives for clients while always keeping tabs on new and evolving restaurants and food trends.
